I shopped around a lot for a glass desk, and I am very happy with this one. It is a solid peice of furniture. I choose this desk over similar ones because it has a modern and clean look.
It was delivered in about a week. The glass part of the order was heavy, and wrapped very well. With the help of a friend, assembly took about an hour. It went together very well, with no problems. The only tool needed that was not included was a phillips screwdriver.

For my back's sake, I wanted a desk I could use while standing. This one is fairly sturdy at its highest position but it's just too short. I'm the shortest one in the house (5'4") and I couldn't see the screen unless I re-sized the font to a ridiculous degree. Plus it just wasn't comfortable. Not that it makes a great difference, but at its highest, my stand stood just shy of 36 inches, not the 36.5 advertised. Thankfully, I don't have to return it because another family member wants to keep it to use for work while sitting at the couch. It's a perfectly good for that purpose. Very sturdy. If you eat dinner in front of the TV, this would be a spiffy TV tray stand too. You won't be likely to knock it over.
In case it helps anyone else, I realized my bedroom dresser (just over 40 in.) does make a great standing laptop desk for me. Maybe yours does too.

we just got it, and its mohagony color has much more reddish tone than in this website pictures, it's more towards a cherry color than brown. totally off our other dark brown furniture. but standing alone, it's a nice color, and if you have reddish tone on your furniture. the other drawback is the metal part of this furniture, which although very practical for setting the height, makes it more convenient for work spaces. I was looking for something in our living room, to create a small stationary for laptops and avoid putting laptops on the living room table. the metal part is not too nice in a home if all you have is wood and fabric. If you have other furniture with metal legs, this will look great. overall, it's a good product I think, if you want it for an office, or maybe even a home office.

The computer desk looks even nicer than it does on Amazon. It is easily moved, yet sturdy. The bottom shelf works nicely to hold a printer. My 24 inch iMac fits great with enough room left over for my telephone. We are VERY pleased with this purchase.

This desk is the bomb. Long gone is the need for a hanging keyboard shelf, a clumsy mouse pad, an ugly tangle of cords and cables. When you sit at this desk and take hold of the sides, and pull gently, the entire surface slides toward you. As it slides, it angles down and, well, envelopes you. Hence the name. (en VEL op) Your keyboard is at a perfect angle. Your mouse is perfectly positioned, whether you are a righty or a lefty. And all your cords and cables and transformers are nicely nestled in the tray beneath the back of the work surface. Lock it into position if you like (as we did for the 27" iMac), or just let it slide (as we did for the laptop user). I bought two of these beauties for my new office (along with stately C-size Aeron chairs... the Cs are so much grander than the As and Bs, no matter your size), and we are in ergonomic heaven.
