The Arch Tower in Silver and black wood by Calico Designs features a slide out keyboard drawer measuring 29 by 11.75 inches, two speaker shelves as well as two cd storage units with five slots each making it the perfect set up for your computer. The Arch tower has a main wood surface measuring 47 by 23 inches, as well two upper shelves and one lower shelf for storage or display that measure 31.5 by 11 inches and 47 by 23 inches. Composed of a metal frame and wood rear panels, this tower is made for durability. Floor levelers provide stability on uneven surfaces. Overall

Pros: Very stylish design. The speaker stands put the sound near ear level and also free up desk space. The two extra shelves means that the small profile doesn't lack for storage surface. Although it took a while, the assembly was simple enough for one person to do and the desk is easier to move around than some wood behemoth. The back of the main shelf easily holds a 23" widescreen monitor, and could probably hold a 25". The base can hold a subwoofer that's around 14" on a side. The built-in CD racks are useful if you have 10 or fewer frequently-used disks, though they're too small for the DVD cases that more and more software is packaged in.

Cons: The instruction manual calls Part #18 a Phillips screw, when they're Allen. I only figured this out after buying some replacements at a hardware store and having these "other screws" left over at the end- fortunately the assembly is easily reversible.
