Buck Knives 193 Alpha Hunter TM is a rugged, fixed blade knife with contoured handle and grip ridges integrated into the top of the blade tangfor extra gripping ability. The Alpha Hunter features a 3-3/4" full length tang, drop point 154CM Stainless Steel Blade with Buck's patented gut hook. It is 8-1/2" in overall length and weighs 7.2 oz. The Alpha Hunter features resin impregnated rosewood handles that leave the border of the tang exposed, and comes with a fitted brown leather sheath. The Alpha Hunter, as with all Buck Knives, comes with Buck's 4-Ever Unconditional Lifetime Warranty.

This Alpha Hunter knife is truly amazing. I killed and skinned my first deer and it handled it all flawlessly. Although i will say that when poking the hole through the ear for tagging, once it poked through, it also sliced it in half. Very sharp tough knife. I also was able to cut throught the rib bones with no problem. The zipper function, WOW!!! I love it when things work as they are supposed to. I highly recommend it. A word of caution there are other alphas out there so you want to make sure that you get the one with the 154cm stainless steel. It is a harder metal and will hold an edge forever. This knife will cut up 6-8+ deer/hog without even needing sharpening. It is a great product and a great company. The zipper feature "wow". I received my knife withing a few days.
