I put the desk together myself, and I am not mechanically inclined, if you know what I mean. It was pretty easy to assemble once you got the hang of it. I did it alone but it would have been quicker and a little easier if I had help assembling it. I caution you to not do what I did. The instructions tell you tighten the screws so I figured I don't have as strong hands as a man so I tightened them with all my might. When I finished and flipped the desk upright I saw that I had made the top bubble up where I had overtightened the screws. I love the color and I love that it is small and mobile. It's just the right size and doesn't take up a lot of space. It is very sturdy. The materials are much better quality than I was anticipating, the color is glorious, and the assembly was fairly simple. It arrived very quickly even though I choose the slowest route of delivery.
