My desk came in mint condition and is of very excellent quality. Real thick pieces unlike cheaper desks. I ordered this desk, but instead of Chocolate, it came in Espresso which is almost black. I was very happy that it came to be like that because it looks even better than the one in the picture. I recommend this product. The price from Amazon was the best.The desk top came in damaged (it is a very heavy item). It took over a month to get an undamaged table top. Amazon shipped me the entire desk two more times both with a damaged top. Finally I contacted South Shore directly and they managed to solve the problem in a few days. They sent me the top immediately. I do not understand why Amazon did not do this the first time. |
